First Aid Measures
Swallowed: Rinse mouth, drink water, do not induce vomiting. Seek medical advice.
Inhaled: Move to fresh air and rest. Seek medical advice.
Eye Contact: Rinse cautiously with water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses. Seek immediate medical help.
Skin Contact: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash with running water for 15 minutes. Seek medical advice.
Advice to Doctor: Treat symptomatically. Ensure medical personnel are aware of the substance and take precautions.


Fire Fighting Measures
- Use dry chemical, CO₂, foam or water spray
- Avoid dust dispersion which can cause dust explosion hazard
- Fire may release carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and formic acid
- Firefighters should use self-contained breathing apparatus and full protective gear
- Cool containers with water spray
